You can freely cancel or modify any order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations for standard items depend on whether they have shipped, while custom-sized costumes cannot be canceled or changed once production begins. Please contact our customer service immediately for urgent requests.

At Dodocosplay, we support flexible payment options including one-time payments and select installment options (such as PayPal Credit or split-pay methods available at checkout). However, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) services. All orders must be secured online before processing.

Each product page has a detailed size guide. Always check your height, bust, waist, and hips. Do not rely on just one measurement.

Yes, in most cases we provide free customization. Please provide the following measurements: Height Bust/Chest Waist Hips Shoulder Width Inseam (from crotch to ankle) Bicep Circumference Thigh Circumference Calf Circumference 👉 If you cannot provide all data, please at least include your height, bust, waist, and hips.

Standard items usually take 10–15 days. Customized costumes typically take 15–20 days. The exact time depends on the costume you choose.

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the largest part of your head: about 2 cm above the eyebrows, over the ears, and around the back of your head. Keep it level and comfortable, then record the measurement in cm or inches.

Absolutely! Dodocosplay offers customization services. Even if a style is not displayed on our website, we can create it according to your requirements. Please provide the character, reference images, and relevant measurements. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping (4–5 business days) is available for an additional fee. In special circumstances, delivery times may be longer. Our cosplay costumes use a variety of high-quality materials depending on the character and style, including: PU Leather: Leather-like texture, often used for superhero or leather-style costumes. Stretch Fabric: Printable, high elasticity, perfect for bodysuits and complex patterns. Aluminum Alloy: Used for accessories and armor, giving an authentic metallic look. Cosplay costumes are designed for accuracy, not for easy washing. Most are not suitable for machine wash or dry cleaning. We recommend: Spot clean with mild, non-irritating detergent Gently wipe fabric with clean water Air dry flat in the shade, avoid sunlight or high heat 💡 Tip: Avoid stains from food, makeup, or oil when wearing. This will extend the life of your costume.

Most costumes include the main clothing pieces and standard accessories (such as belts, gloves, or capes) as shown in the product photos.
